We’re proud to announce that the new Kent and Medway IAPT services website, We Listen, has launched.
As part of our Shaping Our Future Strategy, we’re integrating into healthcare systems to offer a more seamless service. As a key part of this, we’ve been collaborating with our IAPT partners in Kent and Medway to create one place where people can find mental health support that is local to them.
We Listen is a collaborative partnership, made up of eight local talking therapy providers, who offer a range of free NHS talking therapies across Kent and Medway. The partners include:

- FCS Talking Therapies
- ieso Digital Health
- Everyturn Mental Health
- North Kent Mind
- University Medical Centre Psychological Therapies
- Vita Health Group
- We Are With You
Jo Armstrong (She/ Her), Marketing Officer, has been commissioned by the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Partnership to lead on this project.
Jo explains:
“We Listen is designed to make it easier for people to access talking therapies in their local area, so they can get support as soon as possible.
The project started in April this year and we’re incredibly pleased to launch the site in such a short space of time.
