Today is Stress Awareness Day.

The ways in which we respond to challenging situations are very much unique to each of us, and how we cope with pressure is determined by a range of factors.
It can be worth spending some time thinking about whether you have any personal tell-tale signs that the effects of stress are building-up (e.g. poor sleep, loss of appetite, lack of patience) and what your stress triggers might be.  Then make a list of positive coping strategies that you can put in place in times of stress.
Knowing what helps us to de-stress is very personal, so make sure you know what works for you – it might be exercise, spending time with friends or doing some colouring-in!
