What is Work Life Balance?

Having a healthy work-life balance isn’t about spending equal amounts of time at home and at work.  It’s more about feeling you are investing the right amount of time and energy into all areas of your life.

It’s worth taking five minutes to think about whether you have the balance right. There are lots of little changes you can make to the way you manage your time that could impact on your productivity at work as well as your ability to relax and enjoy your personal life.
