We’re really pleased to share that we’ve led on creating a new patient record system to ensure people only have to tell their story once, at the Hope Haven service.
This new patient record system is part of our ongoing work at Everyturn to introduce new systems, improve our own ways of handling patient records and further help people with their mental health and wellbeing.
We’ve been able to create this new system so that the support delivered by all partners involved in this service is seamless, joined up, connected and compassionate.
With the release of the latest Health and Social Care Committees report, highlighting the serious and persistent gaps in community mental health services across England, it’s really timely for us to be working together and embedding this new system.
This new patient record system means that people accessing support at Hope Haven won’t need to repeat their story to each new service. It will also allow colleagues at Hope Haven to make decisions that are quicker, with more confidence, and a more compassionate experience of support for the people we support.
We’re really proud to work collaboratively as one of the partners delivering Hope Haven to continue to ensure that no one struggles alone.
