We joined forces with Streetwise last year, and since then, we’ve been working together to provide life-changing, person-centred support for children and young people across Newcastle.
Now our children and young people services at Everyturn are getting a brand new home! They are moving from Streetwise’s original base at Blackfriars Court to The Beacon on Westgate Road.
This new space will be able to grow with us as our services do, and it’s just a short bus journey from Newcastle City Centre. Our move-in day to The Beacon is 26 January 2026.
During and after the move, our services for children and young people will continue to provide counselling sessions, school hubs, and mental health support across Newcastle.
Our new safe haven for children and young people (coming soon!) will also be based at The Beacon between 4pm – 8pm, Monday to Thursday. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday it will be based in Regent Terrace.
This move is a huge moment for our children and young people’s services, after over 30 years of support as Streetwise. We’re looking forward to continuing to support young people across Newcastle and beyond, so that no young person struggles alone.
