The first step towards getting help can feel the biggest, it's normal to feel nervous - so we want to make this as easy as possible.

What happens next?

Once we receive your referral, a member of our friendly Patient Coordinator team will be in touch to arrange your initial assessment.

They will support you all the way through the process and answer any questions you may have about the service.
