Our Kent counselling and talking therapies service is free and available to anyone aged 17.5+ and registered with a GP in East Kent, Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, or Swale.
What we can help with
Our Kent talking therapies service can offer help to people who are experiencing common mental health problems, such as:

- Anxiety
- Stress
- Panic
- Phobias
- Trauma
- Bereavement and loss
- Relationship difficulties
- Family problems

The therapies we offer
We offer a range of counselling and talking therapies in Kent, including:
- SilverCloud (online therapy course)
- Guided self-help based on CBT
- CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
- Counselling
- Couple therapy
- EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing)

How to make an appointment
Please fill in our self-referral form and a member of our friendly patient coordinator team will contact you.
Monday – Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm
Any calls or emails which are received between 9.00am and 5.00pm on a working day will be dealt with as soon as possible; outside of these hours your email will be dealt with as soon as possible the following working day.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday during working hours.
