What is Hope Haven?
Hope Haven is here for anyone aged 18+ in Copeland and Whitehaven who needs help with their mental health and wellbeing. Whether you just drop in for a bit of advice and practical information, or you need more support over a longer period of time, Hope Haven can help.
How Hope Haven can help:
- Listen to you, with no judgement.
- Ask you what sort of help you’re looking for, and work together on solutions that work for you.
- Support you to have a healthy lifestyle.
- Help you discover and build on your confidence.
- Connect you with other local organisations that can help you.
All the support Hope Haven offers is free. You don’t need to be referred by your GP or a healthcare professional to get help from us.
How can I get support at Hope Haven?
Walk-in support:
Hope Haven is open:
- 9:30am – midnight Mondays to Fridays (including on Bank Holidays)
- 4pm – midnight on Saturdays and Sundays
You don’t need an appointment or referral, you can just drop in.
