Access Talking Therapies

Get Urgent Help

The ‘Help us, help you’ campaign encourages anyone experiencing common mental health problems such as low mood, anxiety, stress, or insomnia to get support, either by referring themselves to a service like ours (which you can do here) or asking their GP to refer them.

We offer a range of NHS talking therapies which are free, effective, and confidential. Our therapies include counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, webinars, group sessions, and more.

There are lots of different ways that you can get support, whether it’s in-person, over the phone, or online.

The ‘Help us, help you’ campaign uses lyrics from the Beatles song ‘Help’ to bring to life the message that anyone can feel low or anxious, and that it’s totally normal to ask for help. Sony and Apple Corps have kindly gifted the NHS the rights to the song, in support of the NHS and mental health.

In the campaign’s powerful new video, the NHS has enlisted the help of famous faces from across music and radio, including Craig David, Tom Grennan, Laura Mvula, Nicola Roberts, Ella Henderson, Max George, as well as an NHS therapist and real people who have benefited from NHS talking therapy services.
