Get Urgent Help

Today is World Mental Health Day.

This year, we want to join Mental Health Foundation in talking about the impact of the news on our mental health.

In this podcast episode, Kate, our Head of Marketing and Comms chats to Seán, Chief Executive of Positive News, all about how there are often many difficult topics and stories in the news, and how this can start to have an affect on our mental health.

As the world is facing lots of challenges – it can feel really heavy, especially when things feel out of our control. It’s important to remember that through those tough times, there is also good happening in the world.

In this podcast episode, Kate and Seán talk about the importance of seeking out positive stories and progress, no matter how big or small. And even if you want to stay informed and be aware of what is happening around the world, that it’s okay to set healthy boundaries to protect your mental health.

If you’re finding it tough to stay informed while taking care of your mental health at the moment, give this episode a listen.
