Everyturn Mental Health is a non-profit provider of specialist mental health services and NHS Talking Therapies.
Everyturn is one of England’s largest not-for-profit providers of NHS Talking Therapies. Our NHS Talking Therapies services work across five Integrated Care Boards and support over 60,000 people a year.
We provide comprehensive Step 1, 2, 3 and 4 support, helping people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low mood and other common mental health difficulties access timely, effective psychological care tailored to their needs. Our Talking Therapies services are delivering across the Wirral, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire, and Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
Our multidisciplinary teams offer a wide range of interventions, including assessment and triage, guided self-help, digital support programmes, psychoeducational workshops, group programmes, employment support, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling and other evidence-based psychological therapies.
By delivering the full range of Talking Therapies support from Step 1 through to Step 4 services, we help people access the right level of support at the right time and move seamlessly between treatments as their needs change. This improves outcomes and experience.
We provide non-profit support to rapidly reduce NHS Talking Therapies waiting lists.
Our NHS Talking Therapies Waiting List Support Service helps providers reduce waiting list pressures and improve access to psychological support. Using a national team of experienced therapists, we work in partnership with NHS Talking Therapies services to provide additional clinical capacity, helping people move into treatment more quickly.
We have a national team of therapists who provide a waiting list support service for other NHS Talking Therapies providers.
Our service:
- Rapidly reduces waiting list pressure.
- Is more cost-effective than using agency workers.
- Is fully compliant with NHS Talking Therapies and NICE guidelines.
- Has a self-sufficient team with clinical oversight, risk management, and supervision.
- Ensures the least intrusive clinical intervention first.
Our clinical and data teams have also designed a ‘Pathway Alignment Tool’, which allows us to analyse waiting lists and make sure people are on the right treatment pathway, improving outcomes and efficiency.
We’re tried and tested too; i our Newcastle NHS Talking Therapies service sawthe waiting-list support team review or progress more than 700 people over a seven-month period.
Our service is a cost-effective alternative to temporary staffing solutions and can be rapidly mobilised to support providers in reducing backlogs, maintaining performance and ensuring people receive timely, high-quality care.
Alongside direct clinical delivery, Everyturn offers our innovative Pathway Alignment Tool (PAT), designed by our clinical and data teams to support more informed and consistent pathway decisions. PAT analyses a person’s needs alongside outcomes from people with similar presentations, helping clinicians identify the talking therapy pathway most likely to achieve the best outcomes.
By reducing time spent on administrative decision-making and supporting effective clinical judgement, PAT supports practitioners to spend more time delivering care. Getting people onto the right pathway sooner helps them access the right support sooner, improving both their experience and recovery outcomes.
