Mental health accommodation services
Our services provide safe, therapeutic environments that can offer an alternative to hospital admission, support timely discharge from inpatient or secure care, and reduce reliance on more restrictive settings.
Through personalised recovery planning, clinical support and practical life skills development, we help people build the confidence, independence and resilience they need to work towards community-based living and more sustainable long-term support.

Our crisis accommodation services provide immediate, short-term support for people experiencing acute mental health distress, including people living with conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Providing a safe, therapeutic alternative to hospital admission, our services offer rapid access to support, helping people manage immediate distress and regain stability within a community setting.
Working in partnership with NHS Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams and other mental health services, we provide joined-up support to people through periods of crisis, helping them regain stability, reduce the need for inpatient care and move forward in their recovery.
Our step-down accommodation services provide short-term, recovery-focused support for people moving from inpatient services, secure settings or the criminal justice system into community-based living.
We work alongside each person to help them develop independent living skills, rebuild confidence and reconnect with their community. By connecting people with local services and wider support, we help people towards long-term stability and we reduce the risk of readmission.
We also work with commissioners to develop flexible, tailored models around local needs and pathways, including forensic and complex care.
Our mental health accommodation services provide structured, 24/7 support for working-age and older adults living with functional mental health conditions, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Our recovery-focused approach helps people build practical daily living skills, improve their wellbeing and gain more independence in a safe, supportive environment. Working alongside each person, their support network, clinical teams and local partners, we help people progress towards sustainable community living, reducing reliance on higher-acuity services and supporting successful longer-term outcomes.
We co-design our accommodation models with commissioners, local partners and people with lived experience, tailoring services around local needs, pathways and priorities to deliver the best possible outcomes. We offer flexible funding arrangements, including block contracts, spot purchasing and blended models, so services can respond to local demand and resources.
