How we can help
If you live in South London, you can now message us on WhatsApp to receive free and confidential text-based mental health crisis support. We’re here for you 24/7, 365 days a year.
You can click here to start WhatsApp chat with us, or send us a WhatsApp message on 0303 330 1511.
By contacting us on WhatsApp, you’ll be directed to our compassionate Mental Health Advisors, who will chat with you to explore your mental health crisis and the support you need. You might chat about what’s happening in your life, how to keep safe in a crisis, or other services that could help.
If you need more support than we can offer, our team will connect you to the relevant clinical crisis service based on where you live.
If you’re at immediate risk of harming yourself or someone else, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department.
