Following an anonymous colleague survey across Everyturn, we’ve been certified as a Great Place To Work!
We’re delighted that the results of the survey show that our brilliant teams feel valued, safe, and supported at Everyturn.
Our colleagues do remarkable work, but it isn’t always easy – they have specialist roles that are emotionally, intellectually, and physically demanding. Together with wider societal challenges, like rising living costs, it’s more important than ever that we give colleagues the support they need.
Some of our strongest areas of positive feedback were:
- People being treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, or age.
- Sense of meaning, purpose, and making a positive impact.
- Feeling safe and made to feel welcome at work.
- Colleagues caring about each other.
- Feeling proud to work at Everyturn.
- Managers giving empathy and support.
Changes since our last survey
Following the feedback from our colleagues, since our last Great Place To Work survey we’ve:
- Launched a new Wellbeing Hub on our intranet, to make it even easier to find the benefits we offer.
- Changed wellbeing provider to include more of the benefits our colleagues said they valued most.
- Grew the number of active apprenticeships, to give colleagues the skills to grow in their careers.
- Launched a Future Leaders training programme – 12 of the 15 participants were promoted after completing the programme.
- Heard directly from colleagues in our programme of listening sessions, led by our executive team and trustees, directly leading to changes to the way we work.
- Held our second Everyturn Awards annual event, to celebrate colleagues’ exceptional work and impact.
We’re so grateful to our colleagues for giving us such a clear steer about what they value about working at Everyturn, and where we can do even better.
Our colleagues make Everyturn all that it is, and their feedback shapes what we do – and always will.
