Who we are
Commissioned by the North East and North Cumbria (NENC) Integrated Care Board (ICB), the Northumberland VCSE Mental Health Alliance forms part of the wider Community Mental Health Transformation programme.
What we do
We bring together local VCSE organisations and community providers that provide support to people living with complex mental health or SMI. Together, we build a framework across Northumberland that streamlines the accessibility of services to support the needs of local residents and communities.
How we work together
We form partnerships to create a a stronger voice. From grassroots community providers, to medium and larger charities, and insightful friends who all share a vision to transform mental health and wellbeing care.
The Northumberland VCSE Mental Health Alliance acts as a conduit for organisations, in the allocation of funds and contracts through a fair and transparent process, ensuring organisations are not disadvantaged because of lack of infrastructure or size.
