It's publication day for our 2023/24 impact report - full of stories, updates, and some pretty amazing numbers to back it all up!
Whether it’s:
- The 18,212 people in crisis we’ve supported
- The 50,972 hours of talking therapies we’ve provided
- Or the £111.3 million of social value we’ve created
We couldn’t be prouder of our brilliant colleagues who make it all possible.
With the upcoming NHS 10-Year Plan in mind, this year we’ve launched new services to support people in crisis, help others move from hospital into their own homes, and connect people to their local communities; and we merged with Streetwise, an award-winning charity for children and young people.
Alongside this, we’ve made significant investment in Project Heart, our major digital transformation programme.
