Get Urgent Help

Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day.

It is estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year.

Despite the fact that stress, low mood, and anxiety are common, they are mostly left untreated and tend to worsen if unaddressed. Even admitting to ourselves that we are struggling can be difficult with some of us hoping that if we try hard enough, we can just ‘snap out of it’.

Remember, investing time in your mental and emotional wellbeing is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Seeking support early on can help prevent issues escalating.
