We help people in Tyne and Wear who are unemployed and have a health barrier, disability, additional learning need, or autism to get into employment, training or volunteering.
Who we work with
We support people who are:
- Aged 18+
- Currently living in Tyne and Wear
- Unemployed
- Currently living with a health issue or additional learning need
The support we offer
Together with our delivery partners, we help participants to build on their strengths and aspirations, using the skills and expertise of partners and local employers to achieve their goals.
We are committed to making a real and lasting change in Tyne and Wear.
The support we provide includes:
- One-to-one support
- Access to training
- Volunteering
- Work placements
- Support with job interviews and writing CVs
- Peer mentor programmes
- Self-employment advice
